Cambrian Flying Club is based at Swansea Airport on the spectacular
Gower Peninsula. The airport is located about 30 minutes away from
Junction 42 of the M4. To reach the Airport from Swansea city centre,
follow A483 and then the A4118 for approximately 20 minutes.
At the Airport go towards the main airport building.
The Cambrian Flying Club office is directly infront of you and is well
signposted. If you have Sat Nav the postcode is SA2 7JU.
We are open for Flight Training, Trial Flights and Aircraft Hire
seven days a week throughout the year.
 CAMBRIAN FLYING CLUB OFFICE  We are fully licensed to offer Private Pilot Licence (PPL) training,
Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) Rating and the
National Private Pilots Licence (NPPL)
We operate 4 PA-38 Piper Tomahawk 2 seater aircraft,
Cessna 152 2 seater aircraft, PA-28 Cherokee, 4 seater aircraft
& Cessna 172 4 seater aircraft.
The two seat, low wing PA-38 Piper Tomahawk aircraft are the
ideal trainer for the student, as well as being a good aircraft for
qualified pilot hire and for trial flights.
The four-seater Cessna 172 & Piper Tomahawk PA-28 are excellent touring aircraft for qualified pilot hire and are also used for trial flights.
We pride ourselves on the professional, yet friendly and informal
atmosphere enjoyed within Cambrian Flying Club.
We have nine very experienced Flight Instructors, working full & part
time, four of whom are CAA Examiners for UK PPL & NPPL.
Our Pilots and staff go out of their way to make trial flights an exciting
and memorable occassion. The training environment at the club
facilitates the rapid development of our student pilots.
